If you're having trouble signing into your account, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Confirm your email address
Make sure that we're on the same page about which address is associated with your Buddy account. If you've already created an account, you can search your email inbox for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. That should confirm that we're using this address to communicate with you.
Reset your password
On the login page for our customer tools, there is a link that says "Forgot Password?" If you click the link, you'll be prompted to enter the email address that you use with Buddy, and we will text a one-time use code to the phone number associated with your account.
Enter that code and a new password for your Buddy account on the next screen. You're all set! You should be able to log in with the new password you just created.
